Surge Initiative Giving

You don't have to create an account with My Fellowship, but it will help with tracking your gift. We do not provide year-end statements for anonymous gifts.

You must create an account with My Fellowship and be logged in to set up a recurring gift.

How to set-up recurring giving

1. Click a button above
2. Click the Setup Scheduled Gift? button if it is not already checked
3. Enter a Profile Name, choose a Frequency and the Begin Date
4. If an amount is not already entered for the Surge Initiative under Giving Amount, enter an amount
5. Under Payment Information, choose or enter a Payment Method
6. Click Next
7. If the information displayed looks good, click Finish, otherwise revise the information as needed.

In lieu of a gift at this time, you may Download and print out a Response Card and mail it to:
